We lovingly restore and rehome pre-loved soft toys giving them a second chance at cuddles, adventures and friendship.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Australia only, but we're exploring options for international delivery soon.

Are the toys cleaned and safe?
Yes. Each toy is gently cleaned, repaired where needed and made ready for a new home with care and love.

Can I return a toy?
Due to the unique nature of each toy, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. However, if something’s not right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Where do the toys come from?
Most are donated or rescued. Each toy has a story and is lovingly prepared for a new beginning.
