We lovingly restore and rehome pre-loved soft toys giving them a second chance at cuddles, adventures and friendship.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?                
International Shipping (Outside Australia & New Zealand) We don't currently offer international shipping at checkout, but we'd love to help! If you'd like your toy delivered outside of Australia or New Zealand, please email us at softloveaustralia@gmail.com and we'll provide you with a personalised shipping quote and arrange delivery for you.

Are the toys cleaned and safe?
Yes. Each toy is gently cleaned, repaired where needed, inspected, tested and made ready for a new home with care and love.

Can I return a toy?
Due to the unique nature of each toy, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. However, if something’s not right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Where do the toys come from?
Most are donated or rescued. Each toy has a story and is lovingly prepared for a new beginning.
