At Soft Love Australia, every toy is one-of-a-kind, which means we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. We hope you understand, just like a real adoption, each toy finds its forever home!

What we do before every adoption: Every toy is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and repaired where needed before it's listed. We want your new friend to arrive in the best possible condition.

If something's not right: We genuinely want you to be happy. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
