Processing Time Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
Australia
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 AUD
- Free Shipping on orders over $60 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days
New Zealand
- Flat Rate: $19.99 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
International Shipping (Outside Australia & New Zealand) We don't currently offer international shipping at checkout, but we'd love to help! If you'd like your toy delivered outside of Australia or New Zealand, please email us at softloveaustralia@gmail.com and we'll provide you with a personalised shipping quote and arrange delivery for you.
