Preloved Nature of Products All toys sold by Soft Love Australia are preloved (secondhand) items. While each toy is carefully cleaned, inspected, and repaired before listing, they may show minor signs of wear consistent with their preloved nature.

Condition Disclaimer The condition of each toy or item is individually described in its product listing. Please read each description carefully before purchasing, as minor imperfections such as slight fading, small repairs, or gentle wear may be noted. These characteristics are part of each toy's unique story and are not considered defects.

Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
